GENE APPARELS was established in 1992 and has progressed to become one of the leading textile companies in India. Headquartered in Tirupur, a city known for leading vertical knit manufacturing, Gene Apparels is a Government recognized exporter; producing for fashion Brands and Retailers in the US and Europe.
During the past 25 years, Gene has committed to and become a fully vertical Manufacturer, with a focus on Sustainable products. The Company is also certified by the Joint Directorate General for Foreign Trade; an example of their commitment to constantly enhance their product and service.
Gene has a commitment to the environment and sustainability. Since 2014, we have initiated the development and production of recycled cotton and polyester knits. Gene Apparels is constantly researching and developing future sustainable solutions in design, materials and manufacturing with a commitment to positively impacting the planet.
We have a very strong Product Development and Sampling capability, Producing a full range of knit products for Adults and Children. Gene is known for their expertise in complex and embellished children’s knits. In the past year, we further developed a key strength in Pet’s Clothing.
